New performance standard of EPS emergency power supply
Publish: 2022-01-12 15:43:01 Update: 2022-01-12 15:51:41 View: 403
The centralized EPS emergency power supply for emergency lighting shall be equipped with main power, charging, fault and emergency state indicators. The main power state shall be green, the fault state shall be yellow, and the charging state and emergency state shall be red
1. The centralized EPS emergency power supply for emergency lighting shall be equipped with main power, charging, fault and emergency state indicators. The main power state shall be green, the fault state shall be yellow, and the charging state and emergency state shall be red.
2. The centralized EPS power supply for emergency lighting shall be equipped with a self resetting test button (or switch) simulating the power supply failure of the main power supply, and shall not be equipped with a switch affecting the emergency function.
3. The centralized EPS power supply for emergency lighting shall display the main power voltage, battery voltage, output voltage and output current.
4. The main power and standby power of the centralized EPS power supply for emergency lighting shall not be output at the same time, and can be transferred to the emergency state manually and automatically. A forced emergency start button that can be operated by only professionals shall be set. After the button is started, the centralized power supply for emergency lighting shall not be affected by discharge protection.
5. Each output branch of centralized EPS power supply for emergency lighting shall be protected separately, and the failure of any branch shall not affect the normal operation of other branches.
6. The centralized EPS power supply for emergency lighting shall be able to work normally under the conditions of no-load, 10% full load and 20% overload, and the output characteristics shall comply with the provisions of the manufacturer.
7. When the rated voltage of series connected battery pack is greater than or equal to 12V, the centralized power supply for emergency lighting shall protect the battery pack in sections. The rated voltage of each battery (pack) shall not be greater than 12V, and when the battery (pack) is fully charged, the voltage of each battery (pack) shall not be less than the rated voltage. When the battery voltage of any section is less than the rated voltage, the centralized power supply of emergency lighting shall send out fault acoustic and optical signals and indicate the corresponding parts.
8. Centralized EPS power supply for emergency lighting shall send out fault acoustic and optical signals and indicate the type of fault under the following conditions; The fault acoustic signal shall be able to be eliminated manually. When there is a new fault signal, the fault acoustic signal shall be restarted; The fault light signal shall be maintained until the fault is eliminated.
The fault conditions are as follows: a) the connecting line between the charger and the battery is open circuit; b) Open circuit of emergency output circuit; c) In the emergency state, the battery voltage is lower than the over discharge protection voltage.
